Break away from the sketchbook and small studies - it’s time to go big! This ZOOM course is designed for artists ready to push their boundaries through scale and experimentation. We will spend four weeks developing one ambitious work of art, a full-sized sheet of paper 22”x30” or similar (I will help customize), using charcoal as our skeletal structure and layering in mixed media for wildlife textures. You’ll learn how to manage a large composition, balance experimental mark-making with refined detail, and use mixed media to add depth and "soul" to your subject.
